Tony Thompson, a consistent source of humor in the heavyweight division, gave Kubrat Pulev a rather good test on fairly short notice back in 2013, coming off his upset win over David Price. After the match, Thompson needed relief from his boxing trunks, apparently, to the amusement of the crowd and his opponent, and possibly the bemusement of referee and former heavyweight fighter Randy Neumann.
